
I consider myself an educator, from the Latin ‘educere’—to reveal what’s inside outside. Therefore, I help you remember and listen to what you intuitively and instinctively know. I share what I have learned to be true about yoga and conscious being. My goal is to offer practical perspectives and tools that help you move more lightly through your daily life.
