My name is Philipp. I am a curious being; I have always wanted to learn and understand the big questions in life.

In my twenties, I studied Industrial Engineering to follow the classical career path in the German automotive industry for two years. I realized this wasn’t my calling and left Germany to study sustainability and small business in the US. I eventually worked for a small startup in New York. Life fell apart for me at this time. I realized that chasing external validation does not work. The way I saw the world and the way I moved in it brought me to my lowest low. I was desperate, depressed, overwhelmed, and anxious but finally open to change.

I realized my sensitivity and learned about my emotions, committing to truth, healing my body, and freeing my mind. Through yoga, I found my way to the breath and its transformative power. Ever since then, I have invested thousands of hours into various modalities such as meditation, breathwork, yoga asana practice, journaling, and therapy.

I saw my body heal and change in miraculous ways, bringing more peace to my mind and releasing plenty of emotional tension. I continue to learn and heal, but I am very grateful for everything I have already released mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Now in my thirties, I live as a nomad in my self-converted home on wheels, following the seasons. Describing and explaining excites me, so I share what I have learned. I realized my work is to be of service to the world by offering perspectives that help release emotional tension, free the mind, and heal the body. Like this I have worked since 2020 with Individuals aged from 11-74 from various cultures all over Europe.
